Faculty Resources:
Be it a B-School or any educational institute the core resource is teaching team. Other infrastructural resources would work as support to the main resource that is faculties of a Business School. With this idea at GSM selection of faculties is done meticulously by the Board of Trustees keeping in mind the requirement of students and the high level of education we are looking forward to impart. Although management education is all about practice but this knowledge needs to be imparted as well in most correct way so that students gain a lot of practical knowledge. Experienced and highly skilled faculties with high level of motivation are working at GSM who are ever-ready to help students in any matter be it academic or non-academic.
Each and every faculty is continuously involved in the students’ activities and other matters which help students to grow intellectually. Apart from interacting students in class-rooms faculties are participating actively in industrial assignments and projects which improves their exposure ultimately benefiting the students.

Dr. G.L.Dave
Director
Dr. G.L.Dave, Director of M.H.Gardi School of Management, Rajkot, is one of the senior most and highly knowledgeable academician of the country. Dr. Dave is having a huge experience of more than 37 years in the field of teaching, research and administration of management and other relevant programs. GSM is proud to have him as Director for guiding and directing an upcoming yet promising institute towards apex position.
He has been awarded with Doctor of Literature (D.Litt) in the year 1997 which is the highest academic degree which can be awarded to any academician. He did his Ph.D in the year 1987 and has done one major research project funded by UGC in the year 2005 on the topic of “Disinvestment in Indian Public Enterprise”. He has guided more than 24 Ph.D students and published more than 40 research papers which are published in major national and international journals and magazines. He has guided many research projects and has written 6 books which have added to the knowledge base in the field of commerce and management.
Dr. Dave just retired from J.N.Vyas University as Dean and Director to join M.H.Gardi School of Management, Rajkot

Dr. D. S. Raval
Asst. Professor: Finance Area
Dr. D.S. Raval, faculty in the area of accounting and finance is having a rich academics experience of more than 7 years at various graduate and post-graduate management programs. He has taught accounting, financial management, financial strategy, and other related subjects at various institutes to degree and diploma management programs. He completed Ph.D in finance in February 2007 and has presented research papers at several national and international conferences and represented Rajkot and Gujarat at those places. Apart from experience in teaching he has also got very successful record of placement officer and in-charge of Industry-Academics Interface Cell. He is passionate about students’ all round development and takes active interest in students’ activities like grooming, skill-development, industrial tours, event management, career counseling and placements.
An enthusiastic and energetic management educator has active interests in teaching, research and industrial relationship.
